Vindou is a leading international Human Resources Executive with extensive experience in multi-national corporations such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Novartis and General Mills.
She leads initiatives in Organisation Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, Succession and Development Planning, Performance Management, Competency Development, Business performance strategy and Leadership.
Vindou uses human centered Design thinking to enhance customer-employee experience in businesses and NGOs.
She has an MBA from the Open University in London, and postgrads from IMD, Lausanne in Strategy Leadership.

Frode Hvaring
Chair of IGEF(International Geneva Executives Forum), Chair of the Digital Leadership Lab,Geneva Business School
Frode is an international Leadership, Human Resources and Cultures advisor and consultant. He teaches Business Strategy, Global Leadership and International Human Resources in Swiss, French and Italian business schools.
Previously, Frode held COO and international Head of HR roles in companies such as Swiss employers’ association; Credit Suisse, Caterpillar and EBU-Eurovision. He leverages these experiences in Boards and Advisory Boards in Switzerland and Germany.
Frode has a Masters in Economics from Fribourg, Switzerland and post-grads from IMD, Lausanne and Thunderbird, Phoenix. His doctoral studies with GEM Grenoble/Sant’Anna di Pisa focus on Cultural Intelligence.
