Frode Hvaring

Talent Partner

Frode is an HR Guide and a builder of Corporate Cultures.
He supports managers in optimizing their Talent management. His areas of expertise are Leadership, Organizational Optimization and Corporate Culture.

Previously part of IMD's Executive Education Advisory Council (from 2010 to 2016), Frode is Visiting Lecturer in Leadership, Talent Management Systems and Organizational Capital at EHL Business Hospitality School, recognized as the world's No. 1 in its field.

Before embracing a career combining consulting, teaching and action research, Frode held various regional and global COO and HRD positions within the Swiss employers' lobby, in Swiss banks, Caterpillar group, EBU- Eurovision, Alpiq among others.

Frode has a Masters in Economics from the University of Fribourg and attended postgraduate courses at IMD and Thunderbird. He is also a certified Coach and a certified Board administrator.

Valentina Piccarreta

Talent Partner

Valentina is a professional psychologist, psychotherapist and coach at the service of talent and individual development.

She intervenes and facilitates in areas such as conflict management, change optimization and management team optimization. Her areas of expertise focus on motivational systems, burnout management, resilience and eco-psychology.

In the past, Valentina created development and engagement programs as a Global training manager in the industrial and fashion sectors. She thereafter worked in various private and public health organizations, before joining the Medical Center where she currently consults.

Valentina holds a post-grad specialization in the scientific application of psychometric methods. In addition to her Psychology degree from the University of Padua, she also holds a Masters in Human Resources. Her postgraduate degree in Psychotherapy was completed at the Cognitive-Behavioral School of Como.
